WELLNESS POLICY

Your Health is Important to Us

Springfield Counseling will remain open for normally scheduled therapy services. Mental health services are essential during times of uncertainty and stress, and we intend to continue to provide in-office services as our primary type of treatment. We are also offering telehealth therapy.

We ask that staff and clients refrain from coming to the office if you have had any of the following symptoms within the last 24-48 hours. If you come to the office reporting any of the following symptoms, you will likely be asked to reschedule and/or offered a phone or video session:

Cough
Fever
Sneezing
Sore throat
Runny nose

We are offering telehealth (video or phone sessions) for clients. Telehealth is a good option if:

Client has symptoms, but is still well enough for a phone or video session.
A therapist has symptoms, but is still well enough for a phone or video session.
A therapist or client has a household member who has had a fever and cough within the last 24-48 hours.
A therapist or client does not desire to come to the office for personal reasons.
