Telehealth is therapy via telephone or video. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth program. We simply send you a web link and password, and you log-in at your appointment time. If there are reasons why you can’t or don’t want a video session, please let us know, and we can discuss other options.

Insurance and Billing:
Telehealth therapy is available through most insurance plans.

Convenience and Safety:
If you’re concerned about in-person visits, or are unable to come to the office for any reason, telehealth is a great option. Many clients report that they greatly appreciate how easy, fast, and convenient telehealth feels.
